As a principal owner of Bay Technologies and the primary executive within the company, Ms. Rice oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. Her duties include:

• Create the company’s strategic marketing plan and corporate vision.
• Design the company’s operational system (account, purchasing/procurement, management and financial planning and variance analysis, budget process).
• Full P&L responsibility.
• Streamline product development.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors and customers.
  

Mr. Sellner is an original founder and co-owner of BTCG. He brings to the company over 15 years of technical experience in designing, developing, and managing enterprise-wide information systems. His specific area of expertise lies in Client-Server architecture, Java 2 Enterprise Edition architecture, and the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model software management process.
