Goals
Since opening its doors, BTCG has been successful in maintaining growth and developing
long-term relationships with its initial clients. BTCG will seek to retain its current client base by providing
solid and reliable services on time and within budget and maintaining solid client relationships. BTCG will look
to the future by expanding its marketing strategy to focus on 8(a) opportunities, include more state and commercial
clients, and to provide convenient award vehicles for purchasing its services via the GSA IT Schedule 70, as well as various GWACS.
BTCG's goals are to maintain a consistent growth of 15-25% (between Government and commercial clients) and to win
longer-term contracts (18+ months), which will give the company time to fully develop its management infrastructure
and maintain stability.
